Kirsten Retires
After thirty three years of teaching, I retired at the end of this past
school year. Most of my time was spent in the Trenton (NJ) City District in the
primary grades. Although education has not yet been the solution to urban
problems (as I'd hoped it would) I was fortunate to love my career and the
people with whom I worked - large and small! I have no specific plans at the
moment, other than spending time at the mission center in Guatemala. Who knows
what the future will bring? I am always ready for an adventure!
