Today on the phone it was Pradeep for Adobe. I bought an upgrade for Acrobat Standard and found I could not use it primarily because it is so involved and complicated. But, since it was opened and used and registered and activated, Amazon will not take it back. So if I want to sell it and recoup some of the money I have to get a case #, a transfer of license, proof of purchase etc. Not easy. But I had to endure Pradeep for about a half an hour to get a case number. All this to make corrections to the class directory. I hate to bother Melinda with minor changes so I have been doing it myself. But since the new directory has been created I can't do that any longer. Now Melinda is trying to help me by converting it back into Word.
